In order for Great Funds Factoring, LLC to extend credit to your business for the purchase of your accounts receivables, you must submit a signed credit application through this website. As you complete the application, you will be asked to provide certain information about your business. Your application cannot be processed unless all of the requested information has been entered. Because your web browser will timeout if no information has been entered within a five minute period, you should gather all of the necessary information before beginning the application process. That information will include:
1) your name and title, the legal name of your business and any other names your business uses, the date your business was established, address, telephone number, email address, business formation type, federal tax identification number, business license/DBA license issued by your state or county, current loans, or lines of credit and the financial institution that holds the loans or lines, outstanding or past due local, state, federal taxes, and property taxes, payroll taxes and form 8821 may be required. outstanding tax liens or judgements against you or pedning and unsettled law suits, please provide any criminal histry that you have experienced.
2) the names, addresses and social security numbers of the principal owners or officers of your business;a copy of their drivers license
3) the name of your bank, the name of your contact at that bank, the telephone number for that contact, and your account number at that bank;
4) Please provide current financial statement with your application.

Standard Terms and Conditions, which are set forth below, shall apply to the sale of any goods and/or services by Great Funds Factoring, LLC. to your business.
